Essential Science is working with a US Biotech to identify licensing opportunities for a cotherapy that enhances the activity of a range of anti-infective therapies.
Cotherapy in Oncology
Essential Science is supporting the licensing and co-development activities of Biothera, a US based biotech developing Imprime PGG as a cotherapy to enhance the biological and therapeutic efficacy of monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) in oncology indications.
Immobilisation Technology
Essential Science is working with a2sp Ltd, a UK technology company who have developed novel Magic Tag® Immobilisation Technology. This technology is available for licensing in certain applications, particularly focused on high throughput drug discovery, immobilization of macromolecules and in measurement and characterization of proteins.
Novel Biologics-Biomaterials Combination Products for Localised Therapy
Essential Science is working with a European Biotech interested in identifying biologics suitable for use in combinations products for localized therapy, particularly in conjuction with in-situ forming polymers delivered through injection.
Protein Therapeutics (Oncology)
Essential Science is working with Dompé pha.r.ma, the R&D and Manufacturing division of Dompé Group, an Italian, fully-integrated Pharma/biotech company. Dompé pha.r.ma are interested in in-licensing or collaborative development opportunities based on protein therapeutics which are expressed in microbial expression systems. The company has a particular interest in oncology therapeutics.
